First of all, Orbital Media has announced that they'll develop games for the Nintendo DS as well as teh GBA. As one of their first projects, Racing Gears Advance will get a sequel on both the Nintendo DS and GBA.
Pirate Battle and Scurge: Hive, previously always referred to as GBA projects, have now received DS versions as well. That's right, Orbital Media is working on extended versions of these games and will release both GBA and Nintendo DS versions. Juka and the Monophonic Menace however will remain a GBA-exclusive title, and will be released on August 25, 2005. A teaser website of the latter can be found here.
