Mythical Pokemon Victini available for a limited time

DS News | Another reason to use your DS's Wi-Fi.
As with several times in the past, Nintendo has decided to treat players of their latest Pokemon titles with an exclusive Pokemon that will be available for a limited time only for Pokemon Black and Pokemon White.

The Pokemon in question is Victini, which will be available at various EB Games, Toys "R" Us and The Gamesmen stores across the country between the 10th of March and the 28th of April.

Wait we have to go somewhere? I thought we just have to use Online Mystery Gift....Luckily I live 5 minutes away from a hotspot then.

I believe it's both, you can either get it from WiFi or one of the select stores.
