Golden Sun: Dark Dawn Australian release date revealed

The long-awaited next installment of the Golden Sun series has had both staff and reader alike wondering just if and when it shall reach Australian storefronts. Luckily, Nintendo Australia have decided to reveal their intended date.

In a media release sent to PALGN, Nintendo have announced that the Nintendo DS game Golden Sun: Dark Dawn shall be released in Australia on 2 December, 2010.

Rest assured that PALGN will be clamoring to give you our impressions with our inevitable review of Golden Sun: Dark Dawn upon its arrival to our shores.

Wow, the day of graduation for me.

What a present.

I just hope psynergy in this game is balanced and stands a fair chance against melee/weapon unleashes. I have noticed in the RPG genres, JRPGS expecially that endgame is notorious for mashing the simple attack or some sort of melee based skill, leaving the majority of magic to be useless with the exception of a select few.

Yep, JRPGs tend to suffer balance issues at the high end. But I suppose if you have stuck with the grinding to the point you have hit max level you want to be able to melee God in the face and win.
That said, in my experience offensive magic in JRPGS is completelty underpowered.
