Nintendo to hold NDS Press conference

DS News | Nintendo Press Conference to spill beans on the dual-screen portable.
Nintendo have today announced that they plan to hold a press conference on October 7th in Japan to announce new details regarding the NDS handheld and its games, of which are scheduled to be release in PAL regions in Q1 2005.

Although nothing has been revealed of what will be presented at the Press Conference, we can however confirm that Nintendo president Satoru Iwata and executive Shigeru Miyamoto will be attending to explain new details on the handheld and to answer any question that may arise during the conference – most likely to be confirmed will be the date, price and line-up.

Despite Nintendo not attending the Tokyo Game Show, the event may still reveal details on Nintendo’s upcoming handheld console, with third parties likely to share details on what they’ve got to offer for the Nintendo DS. The Tokyo Game Show runs from September 24th to the 26th. Naturally, PALGN will try to keep you up to date with all relevant information throughout the course of the event. Stay tuned for more.
