One Piece: Unlimited Cruise SP localisation confirmed

3DS News | There can be only one.
It looks like Pandora's Tower isn't the only localisation surprise today. According to Nintendo World Report, One Piece: Unlimited Cruise SP is on the way as well, exclusively for PAL regions no less.

Continuing the trend of ports and remakes, One Piece: Unlimited Cruise SP for the Nintendo 3DS includes both One Piece: Unlimited Cruise games for the Wii. Originally released as separate 'episodes', this 3DS release contains both episodes bundled together.

Though it is yet to get a release date, a trailer of the package has been provided. Check it out below.

Was the Wii game any good? Look kind of tempting (I'm a massive OP fan).

Only seen a few episodes but played a bit of the 1st wii game and I would say it was not bad at all. I remember reading it was a pretty long game with a decent amount of content. To get both games would be great value. Only problem was a lot of back tracking that I remember. May start watching the anime and grab this

I wish you luck watching all the anime up to date hey. There is a LOT of episodes but i got to say thanks to LeonJ (he told me about it) it was worth every min of it. Such a brilliant anime imho.

I wouldn't call it a good game, but I wouldn't call it a bad game either. If you're a One Piece fan, you'll probably enjoy it, if only because we don't see many One Piece games get localisations. It has all of the major characters in it, but the game's story is 100% filler. Gameplay is of the hack-and-slash type, with some exploring and lots of item gathering on the side. The 3DS version has been updated to include some characters who were introduced later on, such as Boa Hancock, Akainu, Emporio Ivankov, Jinbe, and more. icon_smile.gif There's no English voice acting, with the game featuring subtitles instead. I wasn't complaining about that, haha.
