Barry Burton revealed for Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D

The cast of Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D is now complete. Capping off a cast of eight characters, Capcom Unity has revealed the final playable character as none other than Barry Burton, the popular companion from the very first Resident Evil title.

For those not keeping up, Barry completes the Mercenaries 3D roster, which is composed of;

Chris Redfield
Jill Valentine
Claire Redfield
Albert Wesker
Hunk
Jack Krauser
Rebecca Chambers
Barry Burton

Though this will likely disappoint those hoping to see Ada Wong, Leon Kennedy and Sheva Alomar make an appearance, Barry will hopefully make up for their absence with plenty of sandwich jokes.

Barry Burton is a fine choice though. Poor Bazza hasn't gotten any love for a long, long time. I'm tired of seeing the same characters being recycled continuously.
