Grasshopper Manufacture hint at 3DS development

3DS News | Downward Dog in 3D.
Goichi Suda's Shadows of the Damned can't be the only thing brewing over at Grasshopper Manufacture, and if rumours are to be believed the company may be returning to the portable scene, with Siliconera reporting that the developer has been cheekily hinting at developing a title for the Nintendo 3DS.

The source comes via the official Grasshopper Manufacture Facebook page. Queried by a fan as to whether or not the company would pursue a sequel to their 2006 Nintendo DS game Contact, a representative simply replied with 'No, no information on a sequel to Contact now. We’re not working on any games for Nintendo’s older portable systems. icon_wink.gif'. Yep, that's a winky face.

Hardly any kind of confirmation, the statement's wording does give hope to those who are eager to see the the quirky Japanese developer try their hand at Nintendo's upcoming portable system, and it might not be long before we see Goichi Suda's dream of No More Heroes 3DS become a reality.
