Japan will be getting a nice surprise with their version of Metroid Fusion

GBA News | Famitsu reveal that Japan will be getting an improved version of Metroid Fusion, with features that weren't in the PAL version.
According to the latest issue of Japanese magazine Famitsu, the Japan/Asian version of the game Metroid Fusion will contain several new features exclusive to their region - that were never featured in the PAL and U.S versions.

The article reveals the details:

- The game will now feature three difficulty modes (Easy, Normal and Hard).
- The game will also feature different endings, most likely to contain several different sets of artwork. According to Famitsu, the difference between the amount of endings from the PAL version and Japan version have "increased considerably". This will probably be related to the three difficulty modes featured in the game now.
- The game will feature a new Gallery Mode, which can be unlocked as you travel further in the game.

I wish I was Japanese, a hard mode would make Metroid Fusion so much better. I wonder if those endings will have anything to do with how you play, ie the shinespark.

Haven't the Japanese got enough exclusives and advantages already?

Well they have the most glitches...which can be cool, especially if the developers are like "Oh no how did that get in there? Cause we don't know...no really. icon_shifty.gif Look over there..." *runs laughing*

I have an active imagination, it has it's uses.

I guess the endings will just be for different difficulties and I doubt there will really be much difference.

That really isn't fair... Why can't we get some damn advantages some times??
