The mobile gaming console has 400Mhz of processor power, a state of the art graphics chip from NVidia, a large high resolution TFT screen and the operating system is Windows CE. The Gizmondo has an eight-way D-Pad, left and right triggers and four face buttons.
Also it has a built in camera, Windows music player, movie player and most other mobile phone features.
Some of the games currently in development are Conflict: Desert Storm 2, Fallen Kingdom and The Great Escape.
Tiger Telematics have confirmed the North American release date of its new multi-entertainment handheld will be the 11th August, 2005. So will this handheld achieve what the N-Gage didnt? We will have to wait and see as no Australian release date has been confirmed.
