Zelda Bonus disc = 60hz only

GCN News | Bad news for people who own old TV sets.

Just 5 days to go until the release of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (11 for Aussies), but we've received word of a warning for owners of older television sets.

This picture (courtesy of Gamefront) shows that the Bonus disc provided with The Wind Waker will only run in 60hz mode, so if you're stuck with an older television, maybe its time to consider an upgrade.

Meh. Sad for me, but what can you do? Nintendo were nice enough to include the thing to begin with, so it's hard to complain.

Pretty silly of nintendo considering the amount of people in PAL regions who have older tv's that only run at 50hz pal colour. There's going to be alot pf pissed off people over this...

Everyone's going to slag Nintendo off because of this, but we don't know why the game is 60hz only.... I doubt they couldn't get it to run @ 50hz.

If i was rich enough I would buy a GC and Zelda, but it's not high on my to-buy list...
