The trailer for the video game of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire has now been posted in the Daily Prophet section on the official WB Potter site. Please note this is on the Azkaban site; the full Goblet site is still under construction. The game will closely follow the books plots with elements that will only be found in the movie, due for release in November. For those who havent read the book the story goes like this - Harry wants to get away from the horrid Durselys and go to the International Quidditch Cup with Hermione, Ron, and the Weasleys. Also there is news of a mysterious event that's supposed to take place at Hogwarts this year, and event involving two other rival schools of magic, and a competition that hasn't happened for a hundred years, the prize being eternal glory.
Throughout the game you will encounter many types of different creatures, and each has four different types of jinxes it's vulnerable to. You and your friends can combine jinxes to create more powerful attacks.
The GBA game features simple real-time combat, whereas on the DS, when an enemy is presented, the screen cuts away to a turn-based battle, where you'll use the stylus in specific, rhythmic motions to conjure attack spells.
The Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire videogame will be released in November. Be sure to check out some of the new screenshots in the media panel.
