Nintendo has released a new batch of screenshots for the upcoming release for Donkey Kong: Jungle Beat, an action/adventure title that utilises the DK Conga controller. Gamers will find themselves tapping and clapping away as they run, jump, swing and swim through vibrant side-scrolling environments full of enemies and bananas.

Donkey Kong: Jungle Beat is currently scheduled to be released across Europe, alongside Donkey Kong: King of Swing (GBA), on 4th February 2005. In the meantime, be sure to checkout the latest screenshots via our medial panel.

In one issue of GBA WORLD, jungle beat was previewed for a bit. This was the June/July issue, and it says that you use the DKonga bongos as the controller to play. Anyone else heard of this?

I got the JPN version of this for Xmas and it's brilliant! It's designed for the Bongo's, though you can use a pad but it's nowhere near as fun without the drums. The drums will come with it and it'll sell at normal price so don't worry if you don't have the drums.
