Australian sales charts, week ending 25/11/07
PALGN News | In effect, a need for creed.

There's been a lot of chart shuffling over the past few weeks, as all the good games and big names hit shelves in anticipation of the Christmas rush. Retaining its spot at number one this week is WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2008 for the PlayStation 2, severely outselling the other versions, none of which even make it into the top ten. Sneakily creeping up to second place is Assassin's Creed for the Xbox 360, stabbing The Simpsons Game in the back to send it down to third. It should keep watching its back though, as the PS3 version of Assassin's Creed is right behind it at four. Need for Speed: Pro Street on the PS2 makes its debut in fifth spot - expect to see this one kicking around the charts for many months.
What may or may not be the greatest game ever made ever can be found at sixth - it's none other than Mass Effect, of course. About five spots too low, but what can you do? Big Brain Academy wasn't smart enough to keep itself in the top five, dropping down to seven this week. Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock continued its somewhat surprising chart showing, with the PS2 version dropping down to number eight. Need for Speed: Pro Street is ricing up the ninth spot, while More Brain Training can be found at ten.
