BioShock dated for PAL regions

PALGN News | Slips to August.

Irrational Games' highly-anticipated Xbox 360 and PC shooter BioShock will appear in PAL regions on August 24th, just three days after the North American release. Although the new date does mean the game has once again slipped (at one point, a June release was being discussed), it is the first time an exact day has been revealed.

Since it was first announced, there's been a bit of a fuss made over BioShock, mainly thanks to the game's unique setting, original premise, and some quite lovely-looking physics and AI. Darn these infernal time zone differences/irregular sleeping hours.

Awesome news to finally have a concrete release date, in any case. It's been such a loooong time since System Shock 2...

Oh hell yeah, a firm release date for BioShock. Awesome news and well, August ain't so bad anyway. June would be nicer, obviously but yeah August sounds good to me.

Anticipation for the title just rose, by the way.

I like to have my games spaced out a bit anyway. Not spaced out like Live Arcade games, but spread out so that I have time to buy and play more games.
I would be pretty torn if this and Mass Effect came out at the same time...
