Bloody hell, I went into Myer the other day hunting around for a catalog. I'm gonna have to do Myer from online catalog from now on it seems.

There will be an update in a few minutes folks.

i grabbed a catalogue from the front counter of Target last week on Wednesday, and was threatened with security involvement because the catalogue hadn't been released yet.

wtf?

i was too stunned to simply laugh it off and walk out, so i put it back, but if it happens again, i'm going to see what, exactly, can be done.

lol. I get my catalogs in the mail on Tuesday night or Wednesday morning. Why the hell wouldn't that be allowed? It's not like items are for sale right then and there.

U forgot Big W crackdown 79.95

what the?? why would they care? the catalogue is uploaded Sunday-Tuesday anyway...

hey don't ask me, preaching to the choir.

i was stunned, i can only assume people were throwing fits for being refused a sale item before the catalogue was valid, or it was a new person who didn't know any better.

makes me laugh now, but it bewildered me at the time.

That just astounds me not letting you take a catalogue, I would complain and never shop there again. Nice way to loose customers.

Why complain and never shop there again when you can Complain, threaten to never shop there again, and use that point to haggle the price on something you want? icon_razz.gif
