Since its premiere in September of last year, Good Game has been a hit with gamers and critics alike. They are now ready to begin production on a second season, but are looking to hire a new presenter to replace Kapowski (Mike Makowski) who has decided to leave the show. "Kapowski has left the building.... I have bought myself a suit and I am back in the corporate world," explains the man himself in a posting on the ABC message boards. "This is a huge opportunity guys! GG was the best thing I have ever done.. Except that one time in Thailand... But that's another story..."
So, do you think you’re up for the job? Janet Carr, the series producer, told PALGN that prior experience is not necessary: "We're very happy to take a TV newbie as long as they are able to communicate their love of gaming and cast a critical and impartial eye over the industry." The new presenter will co-host the show with Junglist (Jeremy Ray). For full details on how to apply go here. And hurry - applications close February 27.
