Resident Evil 4

RRP:$49.95 | F: PS2
D: Capcom | P: Capcom
PALGN REVIEW |BUY NOW

Following poor sales and less than impressive reviews for the Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3 and Resident Evil: Code Veronica X remakes on GameCube, Capcom’s Resident Evil 4 was a surprise hit. It is now considered by many as one of the best games this generation, let alone the series. Taking place six years after the T-virus outbreak, the story follows the exploits of Special Agent Leon S. Kennedy, who has been assigned to investigate the abduction of the President's daughter, Alice. He soon finds himself in a village where the locals are anything but friendly. The game features new enemies with enhanced AI as well as a new camera system which puts the camera directly behind you making way for a new targeting system. Originally a GameCube exclusive, Resident Evil 4 was later ported to the PlayStation 2 with a few exclusive features including an extra 5 chapters.

The Ship

RRP:$49.95 | F: PC
D: Outerlight | P: Mindscape
PALGN REVIEW

The Ship is a unique game. In The Ship Mr X invites you on a cruise with a difference, your ticket is free but in return you're got to murder one of your fellow passenrs and entertain Mr. X by knocking them of in a fresh and original way; the last time we got a free ticket we didn't have to go to such lengths. As you can imagine there is a variety of ways to take out your unsuspecting victims, but you'll need to be careful not to get spotted otherwise you'll be transported to the Ship's brig. The other catch is that someone else got a free ticket, so you better be careful.

Who Wants to be a millionaire?

RRP:$49.95 | F: Gameboy Advance
D: Zoo Digital | P: Zoo Digital

Who Wants to be a millionaire? is the perfect portable game. The game features thousands upon thousands of questions, so you'll get a different set of questions every time. All three lifelines are included; 50 50, Ask the Audience and Phone a Friend. The graphics are stunning considering the limitations of the Gameboy Advance hardware, so it will actually feel like you're in the hot seat. Can you win a million dollars?

Juiced: Eliminator

D: Juice Games | P: THQ
PALGN REVIEW |BUY NOW

For Juiced's handheld debut Juice Games went back to the drawing board and reworked the original Juiced game. The game includes more cars, two new locations, several new crews and even more modifications. If you're after a street racing game on the PSP then you simply can't go past Juiced. The wide range of enhancements makes it even better than it's predecessor.

As the name implies, Gitaroo-Man definitely lives and is back in action on the PSP. Gitaroo Man Lives! follows a young boy named U1 who's trying to woo the girl of his dreams, Pico. He’s not the most popular boy in town, and always manages to make a fool out of himself at the wrong time, but all that is about to change when he finds out he's the musically-inclined hero of some faraway planet, currently ravaged by the tyranny of the evil Lord Zoe. With the help of his dog Puma, and music from the legendary Gitaroo (a magical guitar), U1 sets out to return peace to his world and hopefully win the heart of Pico in the process.

Warhammer: Mark of Chaos

RRP:$79.95 | F: PC
D: Black Hole Entertainment | P: Red-Ant
BUY NOW!

Over a year has passed since the Great War, during which the brutal Chaos armies swept across the Empire lands. Many fierce battles still rage across the Old World. Portions of the defeated Chaos armies have retreated to the distant Northern Wastes, while others have fallen to hostile groups. Among these tribes, new Champions rise up in an effort to reunite the Chaos forces, yet eventually all fail. None can match the power of their fallen leader, Asavar Kul. The united Empire and High Elf forces hunt the Chaos hordes from the Empire territories, still alert because danger lurks around them in the form of smaller enemy warbands that loot the settlements of the border lands. Now, four fully playable powerful armies - Empire, Chaos, Skaven and High Elves - as well as additional controllable races (Orcs, Dwarfs, Vampires, and Goblins), clash amidst breathtaking scenery in an epic battle for land and power.
