Australian sales charts, week ending 17/09/06
PALGN News | Four new games this week - or two, depending on how you look at it.

Lego Star Wars was one of the biggest surprises of 2005. However, the secret is out this time around. Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy, on the PS2 of course, has debuted at #1 this week. No mean feat either, considering at #2 we have another big debut - the much-hyped Dead Rising on the Xbox 360. You can read Matt's in-depth review of the game here. Former champion Saint's Row has dropped thanks to these upstarts, but it still managed a respectable #3 this week. In a case of deja vu, it's Lego Star Wars II again, this time on the Xbox. Also suffering at the hands of the new blood is chart mainstay New Super Mario Bros., dropping to #5.
At #6 is AFL Premiership 2006, slipping rather quickly down the charts considering the AFL finals are in full swing. The only game that managed to hold onto its spot this week is at #7 - Singstar Anthems, complete with a few microphones. At #8 it is, AGAIN, Lego Star Wars II, only this time it's on a Xbox 360 DVD. You can check out Luke's review here. Cars is still kicking around at #9, while Eyetoy: Play 3 rounds out the charts at #10.
