EA cages the Tiger till 2011

PALGN News | In for the long haul.
News has come in that EA and golfing's most recognizable and currently decorated player, Tiger Woods, will be making games together for a further six years.

Electronic Arts announced today that its partnership with Tiger Woods on its Tiger Woods PGA Tour golf games will continue through 2011. In the very least, this means that Tiger will last throughout the next generation. Of course, this doesn't mean that it won't go on longer.

The entire line of Tiger games is an impressive one and generally condusive to high praise and critical acclaim. Unfortunately, last year's edition seemd to lack a bit. Still, at least they've got some time to work on it now. Oh, and don't forget that the final game in the contract (released in 2011) will actually be Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2012.
