Australian Sales Charts, Week Ending 21/08/05

PALGN News | Still selling them all...
Pokemon Emerald. #1. Still. At #2 is the perennial runner up, Singstar Pop, which has been around the podium for months without a top placing thanks to those damn critters known as Pokemon. Cricket 2005 slipped down a place to #3. Shooting its way to #4 is Battlefield 2, continuing its chart resurgence this week. Right behind it was the Xbox version of Cricket 2005 at #5.

Gran Turismo 4 also made a strong chart push this week, speeding its way up to #6. However, it was at the expense of the consistent Tekken 5. World of Warcraft also slipped slightly this week to #7. #9 saw the re-entry of the mediocre Juiced, despite countless other racers that are actually, well, good. Finally, at #10, The Sims 2: University.

The charts are updated weekly and are provided by GfK.

There's no age limit for pokemon fans. I'm still mildly interested in the series and I'm 21.
