PALGN Survey Competition Winners

PALGN News | Check your inboxes!
Only 4 of our 5 winners have responded to PALGN’s email asking for their details. If our final winner does not respond by Friday 10th June, their prize will be re-drawn from the list of entrants. Below are the winners who have responded and the prizes they will be receiving.

Luke Iustini – Perth
Prize: Counterstrike – Xbox

Counter-Strike, the world's most popular online action game and first-person shooter for the PC, makes its console debut exclusively on Xbox and Xbox Live. Counter-Strike features single-player missions taking place over a gritty realistic counterterrorist world, and allows gamers to challenge other players in team-based multiplayer games on Xbox Live and System Link. Counter-Strike on Xbox will be the most graphically advanced version of the series to date, showcasing the technical prowess of Xbox, including immersive, intense multiplayer action on Xbox Live. In addition, players will benefit by strategizing and communicating with their teammates via the Xbox Live Communicator headset.

Andrew Z. – NSW
Prize: Altered Beast - PS2

As a special military operative, you are sent to investigate a deadly genetic outbreak in a small West Coast town. Operating alone and with minimal information, you quickly realize that your mission will ultimately become a battle for survival. Hunted by unspeakable horrors and haunted by your past, you soon discover that in order to overcome evil, you must become more than evil. The only thing that can save you is your darkest power, the ability to transform into a variety of powerful beasts. As you defeat wave after wave of failed genetic experiments, the line between human restraint and primal instinct will blur, until nothing is left but the savage desire to uncover the true nature of the beast. Explore your inner demons. Unleash your fury. Alter your reality.

Chris Davidson - NSW
Prize: Dead or Alive 3 – Xbox

Dead or Alive 3 is a 3D fighting game transplanted from the arcade to the home, specifically for Xbox, and gives gamers the ability to enjoy a richer, more intense, action-packed experience than was previously possible on a video game system. It is a brilliant fighting game that appeals to all ages, Aside from Halo it was one of the flagship titles for the Xbox when it was launched, this is a fighting game you just have to try this game.

Denny Markovic – NSW
Prize: Immortal Cities: Children of the Nile – PC

Children of the Nile is the next generation of city-building game, where, as Pharaoh, you lead the people of ancient Egypt, uniting them as you elevate your status, striving to become a supreme and god-like ruler. You design and build glorious cities in which hundreds of seemingly real people live and work in an interconnected societal web, each facet of their lives played out in vivid detail. Eventually you will forge the most advanced civilization of the ancient world, achieve works of wonder and build a lasting and unique empire to stand for the ages with you as its personification. You'll dispatch your armies and navies to all corners of the known world, and erect monuments of splendor, including your own magnificent tomb. Come, enter your realm: the black land, Egypt.

Thank you to all who participated. Results from the survey will be revealed soon. PALGN hopes to have more competitions in the following weeks.
