But what the hell, we thought, it could be fun. After all, it's developers, Appaloosa Interactive, managed to create the most famous videogame fish ever in Ecco the Dolphin, even if the 3D versions of that franchise went a bit awry. Heck, it even seemed like Jaws Unleashed could be relatively free-roaming, a (dare we say it) kind of aquatic San Andreas. And call us weird, but chomping on human flesh sounded fun.
Alas, the first screens that we received today aren't quite as impressive as the press release had assured us ('meticulously detailed environments'), but the game isn't beyond saving just yet.
