Our staff members have posted an amazing 22 articles in less than 8 hours of E3 coverage, that's three an hour! We've provided some of the first information on the Playstation 3, along with the first images, some of the Xbox 360 backward compatibility news and the first information on the Nintendo DS going online.
Day One of E3 has been brilliant and yet day two promises to be even better. In twelve hours the Revolution is finally unveiled, we shudder with excitement at what that will bring, EA will be making more announcements (the revelation is that they have over 100 titles in development right now, where's the EA console??) and more game announcements are sure to follow.
As we've witnessed today, as soon as a new platform is announced a plethora of information follows, we expect the same thing to happen with the Revolution. So don't miss it! PALGN should be your number one source for E3 information; we're covering the PS2, XBox, GCN, Xbox360, PS3, Revolution, DS, PSP, Ngage and Gameboy Advance.
Speaking of which, tomorrow's Nintendo conference could reveal the first information on a successor to the Gameboy Advance SP, once again, if it happens you'll see it here.
Today Sony unveiled the Playstation 3, as well as a list of games we are going to be seeing on the new platform, ranging from Tekken 6 to Gran Turismo 5. We should be seeing more about these games tomorrow, we're hoping Sony show more of these games in action.
2K sports also unveiled that they will be bringing Topspin 2 to not only the Xbox 360, but also to the Nintendo DS and the Gameboy Advance, good to see Nintendo's little Gameboy isn't being forgotten about. C'mon!
There were a lot of game announcements today but not too many concrete details, tomorrow we're preparing to (hopefully) bring you those concrete details. Stay tuned to PALGN for the first concrete information on Tekken 6, Project Gotham Racing 3 and Mario Kart DS.
We're sure you'll agree that this has been a brilliant first day of E3, and today has seriously felt like Christmas for us, although in reality, it's probably only Christmas Eve. Bring on Day 2!
