The first is the follow-up to one of the most brilliant and under-appreciated games on PlayStation 3, Valkyria Chronicles. This time around, in Valkyria Chronicles 2, the developers have packed the action RPG into a smaller package with the title releasing only on PlayStation Portable. That isn’t to say the sequel is any lesser though, as players should expect the same tactical battle system, gorgeous visuals and mesmerising narrative of its predecessor. Look out for Valkyria Chronicles 2 on PSP in store from Thursday.
Sports fans in the northern regions of Australia may be on the lookout for Rugby League Live on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The game features over 40 licensed teams from events such as the NRL, State of Origin and World Cup.
But now, strap on your bounty hunting helmets and pilot’s uniforms for our two featured games of the week.
