PALGN Weekly Releases - 01/02/10

Finished Mass Effect 2? There's no stopping this week, with another blockbuster title from Electronic Arts on the way. If you've been craving another dose of third-person action, this could be the one. Dante's Inferno, from the studio that created Dead Space, is shaping up as worthy edition to the genre occupied by the likes of God of War and Darksiders. Players embody Dante, venturing into the depths of hell itself to rescue the soul of Dante's murdered companion, Beatrice. Dante's Inferno promises memorable combat and boss fights accompanied by a silky smooth 60 frames per second.

As well as the standard game, you can pick up the Dante's Inferno Death Edition, which comes packed with a soundtrack, an Isaac Clark player skin, footage from the Dante's Inferno animated feature, digital art book and more.

i really want Dante's Inferno, but with Bayonetta still sitting there unfinished, ME2 last week, Bioshock 2 next, and Aliens vs Predator the week after, i think i'll, sadly, have to leave it for a lull in releases.
