This Week's Releases - 30/11/09

PALGN Feature | Spies among us.
After the deluge of the past few weeks, the coming seven days aren't too crammed with videogame releases. First up is the very last project from the studio formerly known as Pandemic, titled The Saboteur. You assume the role of Sean Devlin in the game, an Irishman on a personal quest of revenge against the evil Nazi regime. Set in an open-world France, players stalk the underground, blowing up zeppelins, derailing trains, destroying bridges and assassinating the senior Nazi leadership – to name a few. The Saboteur arrives on Xbox 360, PlayStation3 and PC this Thursday.

The videogame adaptation of James Cameron's upcoming blockbuster Avatar can also be found on store shelves this week. Set before the events of the film, players can explore the emerging conflict between the RDA, a massive development corporation on the search for new conquests, and the Na'vi, the indigenous inhabitants of a resource-rich world known as Pandora. James Cameron's Avatar: The Game will be released on all current generation platforms on Thursday. The Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions will also be available as Collector's Editions, including an action figure and exclusive in-game unlocks.

Thursday 3rd December:

Ben 10 Alien Force: Vilgax Attacks (Wii)
Dance Party: Club Hits Dance Mat Bundle (Wii)
Dance Party: Pop Hits Game Dance Mat Bundle (Wii)

Release dates were correct at time of publishing but are subject to change.

Not one game I'm interested in.

Which is good seeing as I've started limiting myself to one game a fortnight.

Hopefully I can pick up Borderlands on Fri.

Muramasa: The Demon Blade is awesome. Spirit Tracks next week! Looking forward to it. Wow. My list of 'to play' games have just risen.

Is The Saboteur available anywhere majorly cheaper than the RRP? EB Games won't do price-matching unless you have a brochure so I'm not going to give them any more business.
