Courtney Love angry with Activision

PALGN News | She's going to 'sue the s***' out of them.

Courtney Love, musician and widow of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, has hit out big time at Activision over Cobain's virtual appearance in Guitar Hero 5.

"For the record, this Guitar Hero s*** is breach of contract on a bully's part and there will be a proper addressing of this and retraction," Love posted on her Twitter. "We are going to sue the shit out of Activision. We being the Trust, the Estate, the LLC, [and] the various LLCs Cobain Enterprises."

"FOR THE RECORD I DID NOT APPROVE KURT'S AVATAR FOR GUITAR HERO 5," Love posted in upper case. "I think Kurt would despise this game alone, let alone this avatar [being in it]."

Incidently, Guitar Hero 5 is out next Wednesday on Xbox 360, PS3, Wii and PS2.

The impression shes giving off with all this seems like anything that is even remotely related to Kurt Cobain belongs to her and only her (legally, that's probably the case) and that no one else is allowed to pay tribute to such a person. Its really sad; it really seems like she tried to use this crap as an excuse to make even more money at the expense of her late husband.
