Some good bargains at JB!

Do you guys call a crap game a crap game or is anyone like me?

I buy 'average' games and enjoy them quite a bit if I can get them for $20-$40. I think a lot of these games are not worth full price at all. But I can get $20 value out of a $20 game and be happy with that.

Much moreso than spending the same amount on a movie ticket and food and not even getting 2 hours enjoyment out of a crap movie.

Hulk for $29 on PS3 for example... I'm probably gonna nab that and get some decent gaming fun out it.

Anyone with me?

Sega Mega Drive Collection is good value... so is Valkyria Chronicles.

And I 100% agree with Phreakuency - I don't buy full price games anymore unless I know Ill put in about 50 hours.... games get cheaper after a few months and graphics are still great... got Motorstorm 2 recently $40... Burnout Paradise $40... and siren $29...

We can only hope. I want RB2, but don't want to pay $100 for it. When it comes to Aus, it will be cheap new on ebay, like RB1. Picked it up before christmas for $50.

Note that JB HI-FI is selling Medieval II: Total War: $20 and the Medieval II: Gold Edition at $10.

Get the Gold edition as it includes the game and the expansion pack.

I got EB Games to do a price match as the stock seems to be in better condition.

I couldn't read the writing. All I saw was the title Active. The online store and retail store are completely seperate. Prices are often different between the two.

Just ordered PS3 Fallout 3 from 365games.co.uk last week for 25pounds... approx. A$54 or so.

This is the cheapest deal i can find on Fallout 3 at the moment. Hope this helps.

No idea if it's an Australian wide thing, but for those in Canberra anyway, there are a few good buys at Hardly Normal in Fyshwick.

Killzone 2 (PS3) @ under $55
GTA 4 (PC) @ $50

These are the two that jumped out at me as pretty good deals anyway.
