Is this game going to aim where ever I touch the screen? That's going to make hitting a moving target or even reading the health-ring on the reticule difficult. Unless you have a see-through finger that is...

You can see the reticle is already there over the enemies. So you probably just have to press on the circle a bunch of times. 21st century version of wack-a-mole...

Wow. Um. To be blunt, that looks absolutely horrible. It isn't even using the 3D rendering functions of the iPod Touch/iPhone?

It looks like a flash game.
