That's odd how it doesn't have Smashing Pumpkins - Today in there, after it was confirmed just the other day =S

I thought Today, 1979 and the new single ("G.L.O.W", i think it was) in a DLC pack?

Eye of the Tiger!

I counted 20 songs that have me rather happy in the tight black leather pants.

If this is any indication of how good the full list is, I will enjoy this game.

I only know 4 of those songs icon_sad.gif, might give this one a miss, especially since it requires more than just the guitar.

^ Or just get the game and realise you've been living under a rock all these years.

It's worth it for Mars Volta/ATD-I alone.

I think its alright. But I said that about GH3, and now I love the playlist in that.

I realize that list must be sans the unlockable tracks, but even so it's a little disappointing. There are a handful of tracks on there that make me go 'OH! I have to play that!', but unlike the RB2 list there are way more 'meh' and 'ewww' tracks there.

Full list now please!

Has it been confirmed whether you can play Face Off / Pro Face Off with two people just playing guitar against / with each other? Playing Bass sucks.

The pricing is a bit steep, but at least the track list is pretty strong. And the peripherals are high quality (here's hoping...)

Its a pretty impressive track list, hopefully my sister picks it up and ill be able to give it a go. But the song list alone has got me interested.....

RB2 has Modest Mouse also, RATM's Testify and Jane's Addiction's Mountain Song? Not to mention Eye of the Tiger in the above playlist...

That's a win for RB2 as far as I'm concerned.

Meh, if it had just 1 metroid metal song I'd buy the whole damn kit... wait a sec was this the one that allowed you to use your own songs? If so then sold! Otherwise I'll probably pass on it, the few songs and artists I did recognise I didn't particularly like icon_sad.gif. But you never know I'm already spending about $1-1.5K a month on games, what's another $400 icon_wink.gif

So far I'm much preferring that list to the Rock Band 2 one, but that's just me. Hell I have albums of over half these artists, so it's awesome and I can't wait to see the rest of the tracks. I especially can't wait to play the bass to Beautiful Disaster, though I wished they had used Come Original instead, oh well.

Oh, and Lacuna Coil means my sister will actually play this game, so that means I have a constant rocking partner at my every whim.

Yes I thought it was a bit odd that 'Today' wasn't on the list, as they did confirm it as a launch title couple of days ago.

'G.L.O.W', '1979' and 'The Everlasting Gaze' are going to be released for download post-launch.

Either way, looking like some good songs on there.

Can the GHWT Guitar work with the GH3 and vice versa?

not enough metal >icon_sad.gif

Hrmm kind of diaaspointing. RB2 had Judas Priest. GHWT could have had some decent metal as well.
Yes I heard that the GH3 guitar works with the new game.

OMG Oasis - Some Might Say !!!! SWEET.

However still no The Prodigy icon_sad.gif
