Win one of five copies of Race Driver: GRID

PALGN Competition | The race to the finish line is on.
PALGN has teamed up with Atari to give away five copies of Race Driver: GRID for the PC, four of which are up for anyone to win. Race Driver: GRID is the latest game from the developers of the V8 Supercar series. The game will be available on June 12th, 2008 on PC for $79.95.

Race Driver: GRID will take players to beautifully realised and dramatic race locations over three continents to compete in an unprecedented variety of racing events. Packed with the most powerful race cars – new and classic, circuit and drift – players will compete to conquer the most prestigious official race tracks and championships and then go beyond to compete in challenging city-based competitions, through to road events and urban street races.

In Europe, players will compete on the greatest official tracks in prestige Marques including Aston Martin, Koenigsegg and Pagani. Iconic cities across the U.S. – including San Francisco, Washington DC and Detroit and each with their own atmosphere and events will play hosts to diverse street races. In the Far East, Japanese racing culture sets the tone where night races, including Drift racing, take drivers through neon illuminated cities and to outlying mountain roads. There is also the opportunity to compete in races that operate on the fringes of legality in the back streets and industrial areas of Yokohama.

Entering in the competition is simple, all you have to do is head over to the Atari's Race Driver: GRID website and grab the answer the following question: "Which three continents are featured in Race Driver: GRID?". Then, with the answer in hand, head over to the competition entry page and put in the answer. Then tell us in 25 words or less "What location, real or fictional, do you think would make for the most exciting TOCA Touring Series race?". Don't be afraid to let your imagination run wild, and don't forget to make your answer unique. Throw in your details, including name and address, and four lucky people who guess the correct answer will win a copy of Race Driver: GRID for the PC.

Those who can count to five would realise there are only four copies to be given away. The fifth copy is up for auction now - all you have to do is participate in our forums by writing reader reviews or making comments on the boards. Doing so earns you $poons, which can then can be used to purchase items in our auction system.

The game really does look this fantastic.

I was like oo00oo I wouldn't mind this on 360, then caught on that it's for PC.

But it's good to see PALGN has some good PC game giveaways, and reminds me my pc is junk. icon_razz.gif

I'd be surprised if mine could handle Doom...

Would have loved to enter this and win (of course) as I'd love a new game but it being a PC comp means no entry from me. Still, good to see PALGN offering prizes across all platforms. It is appreciated guys. icon_smile.gif
